We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing tech-focused team, based in Royal Tunbridge Wells.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the bridge between people and technology, shaping smarter systems while working from a Tunbridge Wells base with hybrid flexibility.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll sit right at the heart of change. You'll translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for ERP and wider IT platforms, helping teams deliver solutions that really work.

You'll play a key role in improving processes, supporting system enhancements, and making sure what gets built matches what the business actually needs , all within a collaborative, delivery-focused environment based in Tunbridge Wells.

What You'll Be Doing

• Gathering requirements: Working with stakeholders to capture and document detailed business needs
• Mapping processes: Analysing current workflows and designing improved future-state processes
• Aligning delivery: Collaborating with product and technical teams to validate feasibility and prioritise requirements
• Testing & quality: Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet expectations
• Driving improvement: Recommending system and process enhancements based on insight and feedback
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a big plus)
• Understanding of Agile delivery and cross-functional team environments
• A sharp analytical mindset with great attention to detail
  
  

Nice To Have (But Not Essential)

• Experience with reporting or visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Knowledge of API integrations and connecting systems together
• Familiarity with Python or basic scripting
• Odoo certification or hands-on configuration/customisation experience
