Who we are looking for

We are not just looking for a technician, but a consultant capable of listening, analyzing, and translating client needs into concrete digital solutions.

We are looking for a Functional Analyst who loves diving into business processes (especially in manufacturing and logistics) and finds satisfaction in seeing them flow smoothly thanks to a well-configured ERP.

Serving as the bridge between our Italian and Spanish clients, we are looking for an empathetic, communicative person ready to share our values of loyalty, transparency, and innovation.

Your role and challenges

You will be responsible for analyzing client workflows, mapping requirements, and configuring the ERP solution (Odoo), following the project from analysis to go-live.

Required skills

You are the ideal match if you identify with one of these two profiles:

• Odoo Expert > you already have experience as an Odoo Functional Analyst (Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing modules);

• Process Expert > you have solid experience with other ERPs (SAP, Dynamics, Sage) in manufacturing/logistics companies and want to bring your know-how into the Odoo world (no problem, we’ll teach you Odoo!).

Language requirements

• Italian: native speaker or C1;

• English: professional proficiency (for documentation and managing international clients);

• Spanish: a plus, but a Level B2 or higher is strongly appreciated.

Travel and team building

The job is remote, but human contact remains important. We ask for availability for sporadic travel (Italy or Spain) during the year for:

• on-site inspections during the analysis phase (seeing a warehouse physically makes a difference!);

• team Building moments at our hubs in Lomazzo or Madrid to bond with the team.

Contract

Full-time permanent contract (Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato - CCNL Commercio).

Annual Gross Salary (RAL) commensurate with seniority and experience (indicative range: €35,000 - €45,000).
