Business Analyst - Odoo

Within the group, Metrum, our dedicated ERP entity, is a recognized Odoo Gold Partner, delivering high-impact ERP solutions and supporting clients in the design and deployment of robust, scalable systems.

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Consultant - Business Analyst ready to take part in complex ERP implementations and support our clients in their digital transformation journey.

BY THE WAY, WHAT DOES A BUSINESS ANALYST DO @ Resultance ?

You play a central role between business needs and ERP solutions, helping clients maximize the value of Odoo:

• ANALYZE: Understand client business processes and identify improvement opportunities through Odoo functionalities
• COLLABORATE: Gather and challenge functional and technical requirements with clients and internal teams
• DESIGN: Build tailored ERP solutions using the most relevant Odoo modules
• DOCUMENT: Write detailed functional specifications and process documentation for development teams
• TEST: Validate delivered solutions and ensure quality through functional testing and use-case verification
• SUPPORT: Assist clients throughout implementation and provide functional guidance
• TRAIN: Help end-users adopt Odoo efficiently through training and coaching
• IMPROVE: Monitor Odoo evolutions and recommend continuous process improvements
• COORDINATE: Work closely with consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes
• Advanced knowledge of Odoo, including module configuration and customization
• Experience in writing functional specifications and technical documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in French and English
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable interacting with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in user training and change support is a plus
