Odoo Consultant

En este rol, serás responsable de analizar procesos de negocio, implementar soluciones ERP y garantizar implementaciones exitosas de ERP.

Trabajarás de cerca con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades financieras y de negocio, brindar asesoría y orientación especializada, y acompañarlos durante todo el proceso de implementación del ERP.

Tus responsabilidades

Comprender el alcance del proyecto y analizar las necesidades del cliente

• Liderar talleres de análisis con clientes.

• Realizar demostraciones del software a los clientes.

Gestionar el proyecto

• Definir y realizar seguimiento al avance del proyecto en colaboración con el cliente y los equipos internos.

• Planificar, monitorear y ajustar las diferentes fases del proyecto de acuerdo con las restricciones y prioridades.

• Liderar reuniones de proyecto y comunicar actualizaciones sobre el progreso.

• Garantizar una comunicación clara durante todo el proyecto y documentar decisiones y cambios.

Implementar el software ERP para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente

• Definir y estimar tareas.

• Instalar y configurar módulos.

• Parametrizar módulos utilizando herramientas de implementación (Studio, Acciones Automatizadas y Acciones Programadas).

• Importar datos.

• Elaborar especificaciones y colaborar con desarrolladores.

• Probar las funcionalidades implementadas y organizar sesiones de validación con el cliente.

Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente en cada etapa del proyecto

• Capacitar y brindar soporte a los usuarios finales.

• Proponer de manera proactiva formas de optimizar los procesos del cliente.

Contribuir a las actividades de preventa

• Colaborar con el equipo comercial para analizar las necesidades iniciales de los prospectos y proponer soluciones adecuadas.

• Realizar demostraciones funcionales relacionadas con las actividades de negocio del cliente potencial.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de la metodología Captivea

Perfil que buscamos

Experiencia y formación

• Experiencia obligatoria con Odoo ERP.

• Experiencia en implementaciones ERP y trabajando con sistemas de planificación de recursos empresariales (ERP).

• Certificaciones en sistemas ERP o áreas relacionadas.

• Sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos.

• Conocimiento de conceptos y prácticas de finanzas y contabilidad.

• Título profesional en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o un campo relacionado.

Competencias y habilidades

• Sólidas habilidades analíticas para identificar y comprender procesos de negocio complejos.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.

• Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en equipo y colaborar con clientes.

Idiomas

• Español fluido (indispensable).

• Inglés y francés son un plus.

As an Enterprise Resource Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and ensuring successful ERP implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their finance and business needs, provide expert advice and guidance, and support them throughout the ERP implementation process.

Your missions

Understand the scope of the projet and analyse the needs of the customer

• Lead Analysis workshops with customers

• Demonstrate the software to customers
  
  

Manage the project

• Define and track the project progress in collaboration with the client and internal teams

• Plan, monitor, and adjust different phases based on constraints and priorities

• Lead project meetings and communicate progress updates

• Ensure clear communication throughout the project and document decisions and changes

Implement the ERP software to meet the client’s needs

• Define and estimate tasks

• Install and configure modules

• Customize modules using implementation tools (Studio, Automated Actions, Scheduled Actions)

• Import data

• Write specifications and collaborate with developers

• Test implemented features and organize validation sessions with the client

Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project

• Train and provide support to the final user

• Proactively suggest ways to optimize the client’s processes
  
  

Contribute to pre-sales activities

• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze the initial needs of prospects and propose suitable solutions

• Deliver functional demos relevant to the potential client’s business activities

Ensure the respect of Captivea methodology

The profile we're looking for

Experience and Qualifications

• Must have experience with Odoo ERP

• Experience in ERP implementations and working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

• Certifications in ERP systems or related fields

• Strong project management skills

• Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and practices

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Mindset and softskills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and understand complex business processes

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients

Languages

• Fluent Spanish is a must

• English and French are a plus
