Role Description

Nexevolve is looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Accounting, along with a proven track record in implementation and customization. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in presenting, discussing, and providing Odoo functional consulting services to our clients.
• Work with clients to understand and translate business requirements into Odoo solutions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to optimize workflows.
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams for customized system enhancements.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by proactively managing and supporting Odoo implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Odoo Functional.
• Knowledge of budgeting and enterprise resource planning (ERP)
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, configuration, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Experience with Odoo customization, implementation, and system configuration.
• Solid understanding of Odoo’s database structure and object-oriented programming.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills for Odoo modules and workflows.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
