Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Odoo Functional Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in Odoo implementation and functional support. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client business processes and requirements

• Configure and implement Odoo modules as per client needs

• Work on functional modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Project

• Prepare functional documentation, BRDs, and process flows

• Coordinate with Odoo developers for customization and enhancements

• Conduct user training, demos, and UAT sessions

• Provide post-implementation support and functional guidance

• Assist in data migration, testing, and go-live activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience working with Odoo

• Strong understanding of Odoo core modules and workflows

• Ability to gather requirements and propose functional solutions

• Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts (models, workflows, customization approach)

• Good communication and client-handling skills

• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
