• Custom Development: Design and develop high-quality Odoo modules (Python, XML) that extend standard functionality without breaking future upgradability.
• Complex Integrations: Build seamless integrations with external systems (payment providers, shipping carriers, PIM, WMS) using Odoo’s API.
• Technical Excellence: Ensure code quality by following Odoo coding guidelines, writing unit tests, and conducting code reviews for fellow developers.
• Problem Solving: Dive into complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks to optimize system speed and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Odoo Business Consultants and Solution Architects to translate functional requirements into technical reality.
• Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest Odoo versions and technologies (OWL framework, QWeb) to keep our stack cutting-edge.

• +5 years of Odoo experience
• Python Expert: You have mastered Python and have deep experience with the Odoo framework (ORM, Views, Security rules).
• Frontend Knowledge: You are comfortable with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and the Odoo web framework (OWL/QWeb).
• Database Skills: You have a solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Development Best Practices: You are proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.
• Analytical Mindset: You don’t just patch bugs; you find root causes and implement structural fixes.
• Team Player: You thrive in a team-driven environment and are happy to share your technical knowledge with the team.
• Language: You are fluent in English and Dutch.
