We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Odoo Support Analyst with a passion for solving functional problems and ensuring client satisfaction, who will thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As an ERP Support Analyst, you will provide support and help to our existing and potential customers, as well as to our colleagues. Your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction by solving their issues and delivering high-quality service. When a customer's request comes in through ticketing, live chat, or phone calls, you'll need to understand the functional issue and investigate thoroughly to provide the appropriate answer to their questions. You'll also redirect requests to the relevant internal teams for specialized support, including our development team, as necessary.

• Helping customers with their use of Odoo Business Apps
• Providing technical and functional support for the Odoo system
• Analyzing and resolving user issues
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting system errors
• Documenting solutions and frequently asked questions
  
  

Must Have

• Experience in a support role within the ERP field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business processes
• Assertiveness, proactivity and patience
• Effective collaboration skills with teams and clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  
  

Nice to have

• Bachelor/Master in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
• Programming basics
• Database basics
• Experience with Odoo platform
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Ability to work independently
