Senior Business Analyst Odoo

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Business Analyst to support our clients in shaping and delivering strong Odoo solutions. You will work with business teams, understand their processes, and translate their needs into clear functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and map processes
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Design practical, scalable Odoo solutions
• Coordinate with developers, PMs and testers throughout the project
• Support testing, UAT and go-live
• Document processes and provide user guidance when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Odoo BA / Functional Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture and modules
• Experience with full-cycle Odoo implementations
• Solid analytical skills and clear communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
